Primary responsibilities of the Tour Directors include but are not limited to:

• Manage all on-road operations for assigned tours
• Provide regional specific commentary
• Accurately maintain and organize paperwork
• Work closely with Tour Drivers with care of guests and handling of luggage
• Resolve hotel/vendor issues
• Promote and sell optional excursions
• Available to guests at any time during the duration of the land tour
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Must be available from April 29, 2010 through September 17, 2010
• Must be 21 years of age by April 15, 2010
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Possess a current CPR certificate and First Aid card
• Be willing to submit to pre-employment, random, post-accident, and just cause drug and alcohol testing
• A US citizen or can provide verification of authorization to work in the US
• Toastmasters or other public speaking experience is preferred
• Willingness to travel
• Must be available to work May through September

Once hired, RCT may provide you with a thorough training program starting in May. There will also be a few required evening group classroom sessions, overnight travel and weekend training.

Overtime wages are paid at 1 1/2 times the regular rate of pay for hours in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per scheduled work week.

All tour directors will be eligible for a bonus of 10% of gross wages, upon completion of their contract.
