Rail Support-Stocker


Position Summary

The Rail Support-Stocker role is responsible for cleaning the exterior of the railcars and ensuring that the railcars are stocked with food, beverage, gift shop items and cleaning supplies prior to departure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Stocks the railcars with all onboard supplies
  • Maintains par levels and rotates food/beverage inventory
  • Cleans the exterior of the railcars utilizing a man lift
  • Performs a variety of detailed cleaning duties that include the grounds, office, prep kitchen, and company vehicles
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates for Rail Support-Stocker position must meet the following criteria in order to be considered as an applicant:

  • Be 18 years of age prior to beginning work
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Be a U.S. citizen or show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to work a full season
  • Be able to work with minimum supervision, night shift only
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Training Timeline:

Once hired, RCT will provide you with a thorough training program starting in May.

Wages:

First year Rail Support-Stocker $11.00/hour

Overtime wages are paid at 1 1/2 times the regular rate of pay for the hours in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.

Bonus:

Upon successful completion of the assignment, you will be eligible for a Longevity Bonus calculated at 10% of your gross wages (regular and overtime) earned during this assignment. 

Benefits:

If hired prior to July 1st, and upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be eligible for a cruise on Royal Caribbean International or Celebrity Cruises at a highly discounted employee rate.
