Ground Operations Supervisor  |
| Overview: |
The Ground Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the preparation and stocking of all food on the railcars. This position requires someone capable of working night shifts. They must be able to supervise a small staff and assist with a variety of other duties. |
| Requirements: |
3-5 years of relevant experience in the food service industry. Broad base of knowledge of kitchen operations including preparation, inventory and food cost control. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. |

$15.00/hour |

Onboard Manager  |
| Overview: |
The Onboard Manager oversees the onboard operations of the rail car including: staff supervision, monitoring onboard mechanical functions, resolving guest service issues, and acting as liaison between onboard staff, tour directors, passengers, and management. |
| Requirements: |
3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to work a schedule with long hours and overnight shifts. CPR/First Aid, Food Manager, and TAMs certifications required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. |

Onboard Host Guide  |
| Overview: |
The Onboard Host Guide provides the narration for guests aboard the Wilderness Express. This position will assist the bartender with beverage service, coordinate dining room seating, and serve as the primary point of contact with the guests. |
| Requirements: |
Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people for extended periods of time and experienced in guest services. Must be able to work a schedule with long hours. CPR/First Aid and TAMs Certifications required. Must be able to lift 35 pounds. |

Onboard Food Server  |
| Overview: |
The Onboard Food Server will be responsible for serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily according to company standards. This position will work as part of a team with one other server and the kitchen staff. |
| Requirements: |
Experience serving in both high-volume and fine dining environments. Must be able to work a schedule with long hours. ServSafe and TAMs Certifications required. Must be able to lift 35 pounds. |

Onboard Cook  |
| Overview: |
Onboard Cooks prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the galley of the rail car according to company standards. Cooks are responsible for kitchen sanitation and dish washing. This position will work as part of a team with one other cook and the server staff. |

Experience cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner in both high-volume and fine dining environments. Must be able to work a schedule with long hours. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. ServSafe certification required. |

Onboard Bartender-Barista  |
| Overview: |
Onboard Bartenders-Baristas will provide all beverage service to the guests according to company standards. This positions is in constant contact with the guests and will help the Onboard Host by providing general information to the guests. |
| Requirements: |
Experience bartending in a high-volume environment. Must be comfortable with using an espresso machine to provide a wide range of coffee drinks. Must be able to work a schedule with long hours. CPR/First Aid and TAMs Certifications required. Must be able to lift 35 pounds. |

Prep Cook  |
| Overview: |
The Prep Cook is responsible for assisting with food preparation in the Anchorage kitchen. This position will help to ensure that adequate par levels are maintained with which to stock the railcars. The Prep Cook must be able to produce a consistent product according to company standards. |
| Requirements: |
Experience in a wide variety of kitchen preparation techniques. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Food Manager certification required. |

| Title: |
Rail Admin Assistant  |
| Overview: |
The Rail Administrative Assistant performs a variety of intermediate level accounting & clerical functions, processes invoices, sales data, documents and correspondence along with credit card reconciliation. Additional responsibilites include but are not limited to assisting the manager in office and operational tasks and ordering and monitoring retail inventory. |
| Requirements: |
Basic accounting and cash handling experience, familiar with Excel, basic clerical skills, and some supervisory experience preferred. |

$14.00/hour |

| Title: |
Ground Support  |
| Overview: |
Ground Support is responsible for cleaning the exteriors of the railcars and for ensuring that each railcar is adequately stocked and equipped prior to each daily departure. This job will require some extended periods of time outside. This position works the night shift and will require an individual who is detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. |
| Requirements: |
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment. Must be able to lift 70 pounds and be willing to work the night shift. Some long periods of standing will be required. Clean driving record is preferred. |
