| First year Onboard Food Server $7.15/hour + gratuities
Employees will be eligible for a bonus of 10% of gross wages upon completion of their contract.
Typically Onboard Food Servers work four consecutive 15-hour days per week for four weeks. Schedule permitting, they will have the fifth week in the rotation off. Opportunities to pick up shifts will arise. Onboard Servers are expected to be flexible and willing to assist in covering shifts. Several times throughout the season they will work the Anchorage to Seward train which will be an 18 hour work day. |
