Motorcoach Cleaning Crew Lea
The Motorcoach Cleaning Crew Supervisor oversees the Motorcoach Cleaning Crew in the cleaning of all vehicles and facilities. This person will oversee dailey operations of the cleaning crew to ensure that all tasks are completed. This position is located at the Anchorage Motorcoach Shop. THIS IS A WORKING POSITION.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervise Daily Operations of Cleaning Crew
Train new employees
Clean motorcoaches and buildings
Perform a variety of detail and cleaning tasks
Handle a variety of chemicals safely and responsibly
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates for the Motorcoach Cleaning Crew Lead position must meet the following criteria in order to be considered as an applicant:
Be 18 years of age prior to May 1, 2008
Able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test
Be a U.S. citizen or show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Able to work a full season (mid-May to mid-September)
Able to work with minimum supervision
Able to work evening shift (5 pm- 1:30 am)
Training Timeline
Once hired, all candidates will receive a thorough training program starting in May.
Housing
Employees are responsible for their own housing while in Anchorage. Out-of-state employees are responsible for providing their own transportation to Alaska.
Wages & Bonuses
First year Motorcoach Cleaning Crew Lead $13.00/hour
Employees will be eligible for a bonus of 10% of gross wages, upon completion of their contract.
The work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week.
Benefits
After successful completion of a full season contract, RCT employees are eligible for a cruise of up to 14 days on Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruise Lines at a highly discounted employee rate.
