Manifest Specialists work closely with the managers and supervisors to prepare manifests for a variety of departments and their operational needs.

Primary responsibilities of the Manifest Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Download and organize Tour Package and Hotel manifests
• Create and edit manifests to be used by field staff
• Create and edit manifests to be used by the cruise ships during the weekly embarkation and debarkation
• Track Special Service Requests, Cancellations, and Additions for tours
• Create and edit manifests to be used for ship transfers
• Compile tour packets
• Other office duties as needed

• Available from April 28, 2008 - September 18, 2008
• 18 years of age by April 1, 2008
• Be willing to submit to pre-employment, random, post-accident, and just cause Drug and Alcohol testing
• A US citizen or can provide verification of authorization to work in the US
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

All Manifest Specialists will be eligible for a bonus of 10% of gross wages, upon completion of their contract.
