| The role of the Ground Operations Supervisor is to assist with all aspects of the daily railcar and prep kitchen operations with a focus on food & beverage service. Primary responsibilities of the Ground Ops Supervisor include but are not limited to: Training and supervision of seasonal staffPerforming daily receiving, stocking and inventory control of food and beverage itemsPreparing food in coordination with the Prep Cook to ensure that product is available for the railcarsOccasional onboard serviceEnsuring that all safety and sanitation standards are metCompleting other tasks as assigned This position works overnight shifts. It will require an individual who detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. |
