General Job Requirements Professional appearance and demeanor are required. Participation in a pre-employment drug-screening program is required. Ability to communicate clearly, verbal and written, with guests and management Ability to lift 50 lbs Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of eligability to work in the U.S. Summer season is generally May through September. Training for commercial driving positions will begin in February. Applicants must be able to complete a contract of at least 90 days. Preference will be given to employees who can work longer contracts or the entire season. Paid training may be provided for qualified candidates for required Commercial Drivers Licenses, Food Worker Card and TAMS certifications. Employees are paid on an hourly basis and will be paid at an overtime rate of 1 1/2 times the hourly wage for hours worked over 8 per day and 40 per week. Employees of Royal Celebrity Tours are eligible for an end of the season bonus of 10% of their gross wages, and employee cruise benefits upon completion of their seasonal contract.
