Royal Celebrity Tours' main office is located in Anchorage, Alaska.  While many of our positions are based out of Anchorage the housing requirements are as follows:

Anchorage: All employees hired for a position based in Anchorage are required to acquire housing in or near the city and must have transportation to and from the office. RCT will provide employees who travel outside of Anchorage, as designated by their position, with shared dormitory style accommodations while on tour or for rail overnights in Fairbanks. Roles involving travel include: Tour Director, Tour Motorcoach Driver and Onboard Rail positions.

Talkeetna and Denali: Site Agents at these locations will be provided with housing accommodations for the duration of the summer season.

Fairbanks and Seward: All employees hired for a position based in Fairbanks and Seward are responsible for their own housing and must have reliable transportation to and from the office.

Any employee looking for roommates can ask to be put into contact with other RCT employees based in the same location.

Out-of-state employees are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from Alaska. Anchorage and Fairbanks can be navigated relatively easily.  Public transportation is available throughout each city. Seward is a smaller town and much of it can be covered by foot, bicycle and public transportation.

For Work: If hired, your supervisor will advise you of your uniform requirements. For the majority of positions, Royal Celebrity Tours will issue shirts, a vest and jacket as part of the uniform. They are to be worn with black professional style pants, black belt, black socks and black shoes.
