As an RCT employee, you will join a hard-working team that not only provides the absolute best service to our guests, but also enjoys the beauty of the majestic state of Alaska. Your job will consist of an incredible array of activities, meeting new friends, and working in an upbeat work environment ensuring that your Alaska summer will remain with you for the rest of your life.

We offer nearly 50 seasonal positions ranging from entry-level to supervisory. Whether your talents are good with people, mechanics or food, we have something for you. Be they Guest Service Representatives, Tour Directors, Drivers, Onboard Rail Staff or others, RCT employees have a direct impact on our guest's superior Alaska vacation experience.

The adventure doesn't end in September. Employees who complete their contract with us are eligible for an incentive bonus and a highly discounted cruise on board one of our many beautiful vessels.
